About ONPATTRO® Infusion Therapy
ONPATTRO is a prescription medication used to treat polyneuropathy caused by an illness called hereditary transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis (hATTR amyloidosis).
hATTR amyloidosis is a rare and rapidly progressive condition caused by a change in the transthyretin (TTR) gene. ONPATTRO infusion decreases the amount of TTR protein made in the liver. This helps to decrease amyloid deposits and may result in fewer symptoms. ONPATTRO infusion therapy is currently approved for adults over the age of 18.
The out-of-pocket ONPATTRO cost will vary depending on your insurance coverage. If you have questions about your coverage, contact your insurance provider.
ONPATTRO cost support may be available through Alnylam Assist. Connect with an Alnylam Case Manager to determine your eligibility for financial assistance.
